As life goes on...
I miss Cera. Lots. Dearly. Incredibly much so.
As much fun as it is to stay up till 1, maybe 2am in the morning chatting with Shaun, Flora, and others, it's....*sigh*...it's just not the same. Don't get me wrong...late night chatting only started this week and that in itself is unusual. But...well, you know that feeling when you want to share stuff with buddies? Yeah, that's what I want to. I really miss Cera...

Idle Profession Quiz Results - Final Fantasy video game heroine

My profession is Final Fantasy video game heroine!

My name is Ginny. I am a nauseatingly-sweet busty babe, with crimson hair and puce eyes.

My goals in life are to help my friends and steal the man that I love.

My love interest is a radiantly shy village boy with sexy glasses who will fall in love with my rival.

Groovy, baby! Your aura is a bright, shiny Gold - which means you're a kid at heart with a happy, generous nature.

I'm a Snow Leopard!

A fluffy snow-cat, you're always able to appreciate a soft bed

and a quiet moment of thoughtful contemplation, though you don't let

this mindset inhibit your social life - a friend to all, you're never too busy

to offer a hug to anyone who may need it.

I don't quite get it. I am smarter, fitter, and bolder than my potbellied brother ever could hope to be, yet he gets all the fame, fortune, and glory, not to mention Peach's heart. If only I was the first player in Super Mario Bros... things could have been different. Maybe I can make a comeback, now that I finally have my own game.. but probably not. After all, I'm just Luigi.

What Super Mario Bros character are you?

I am a hip critter. I showed up fasionably late with Super Mario World and have started launching your own career since then. In maybe 10-15 years, my popularity will rival Mario's. Not that I'm competing with him. He's my bud. I'm good at getting and keeping friends, and they value me for that. After all, who else would carry them on their back through ice, fire, and rain? Sometimes I think I'm taken for granted, but I know that my friends have my back. Of course they do. Who would screw over Yoshi?

"Bad day, bad day, bad day!!!" ~~Jackie Chan
Well, today was a day I could have done without.
At least, this morning's shift was.
There's no way I could possibly describe what all happened without either boring you readers or failing to capture the essence of the epitome of how miserable this shift was. Lemme just put it this way--I've only bursted into tears 4 times since I've worked at Chili's for the past 2 and some odd years. Today, I bumped it up to six.
Part of it was making mistakes. Part of it was stress that my servers weren't communicating to me, leaving my customers unattended and pissed off. Part of it was I am still concerned and worried about my mom, school, where I am supposed to be at the end of the year (which, BTW, is not here...and I have no idea how I'm going to pull that off...).
And being the anal retentive perfectionist that I am, I went into hysterics when my mistakes began to collect left and right. I am thankful to God that it was sweet Greg as manager today, and NOT Rondo. Just when I thought I was back on my feet again, the To Go business itself seemed to lunge at me, grab me by the throat, and shake me viciously until I was right back at the teetering edge of emotional instability.
I got shoved over the edge when Brad and Max, some of my good buddies and servers, horsed around and ACCIDENTALLY banged a sharp object into my back. I decided the whole world was against me at that point and fell on my knees, sobbing for the second time today (making Brad and Max feel really guilty in the process, although I told them I still loved them ^_^). I got a knot swelling in that spot right now, and it hurts to laugh (literally), because when I do, it, well, hurts.
I'm just glad to be home right now.
...mesa need a hug...

What my buddy Frankie showed me
TO THE CRAZY ONES:
Here's to the crazy ones,
The misfits, the rebles, the troublemakers,
the round pegs in the square holes,
the ones who see things differently.
They are not fond of rules.
And they have no respect for the status quo.
You can praise them, dissagree with them, quote them,
disbelive them, glorify or valify them
about the only thing you cant to is ignore them.
Because they change things.
they invent, they imagine, they heal,
they explore, they create, they inspire.
They push the human race forward.
Maybe they have to be crazy.
How else can you look at an empty canvas and see a work of art?
Or sit in silence and hear a song thats never been writen?
Or gaze at a red planet and see a labratory on wheels?
We make tools for those kinds of people.
While some see them as grazy ones, we see genius!
Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world,
Are the ones who do! THINK DIFFERENT

That's me all over. Thanks, Frankie! :)

Last Night
I finally learned how to make the microphone and headset work...on my brother's computer. Ah well. But I got a chance to talk to Shaun--I mean, literally talk to Shaun. ^_^ That was soooo cool! We spend half the time laughing about anything and everything, and part of it was probably bashfulness and the fact that it was so late last night...actually, so early this morning.
The first person I actually ever heard, internet wise, was Lance (N-man). The two sorta sound alike, but Lance is more...deeper? Eh, not the right word...Well, Shaun sounds more cheerful...heh. Love ya both!

Today's Rondoism:
Know what's going on.
He kinda sorta but not really yelled at me today for yelling at a cook. We only had half our cooking staff on today, which really slowed up our ability to serve. I didn't know, though! At least, not until then. Ah well.

Health
Mom's gonna call the hospital to see when her surgery is. As for me, something is really wrong with my stomach. I'm starving right now, but I'm afraid to eat, because lately, every time I do, I get really sick. But if I don't eat, my blood sugar will drop (and it has been), and I'll get really really sick, regardless. I wanna say it's acid reflux, but the last time I had it, it came with a major burning sensation in my throat that I don't feel this time. So hungry...so tired of being sick. Bleh.
