Guess who's FINALLY back?!?
Is that a "well duh" question or what? The computer came today and I'm busy bringing it back up to speed, but it feels sooooo good to be back!!!
About Mom
She went through her operation this week. The doctors say they got all the stones out, and she got to come home a few days early. Good. She doesn't like the hospital. I don't either.
Happy Navel Day: A Rondoism
Today's Rondoism: You're never too old to learn.
Yesterday was Rondo's 16+my age B-day. (Figure that out as you will.) I wished him a happy Navel day and he was puzzled. I explained (with some blushing), that the day you are born is the day you get your belly button, or navel. Soooo...happy Navel day, Rondo!!!
I guess you're never too old to care, either. Poor guy felt bad for not knowing about Mom being in the hospital, and when I got the oppurtunity to leave work early and took it, he seemed...well, given he likes to hide his emotions (that is sooo a la my dad), he was really grumpy right after he learned I decided to leave early. Awww, Rondo cares? :-P
